Exchange and Completion during Covid-19 FAQs

Q What happens if I have exchanged contract and cannot proceed due to COVID-19?

If you or the other side cannot complete due to removal firms not working then there is nothing you can do. All public health guidelines need to be respect including not completing on properties where there are COVIC-19 cases or suspected cases, occupants not self isolating and naturally all social distancing requirements need to be adhered to.
